Time in a Bottle（时光宝瓶）是美国民谣摇滚歌手Jim Croce第三张录音室专辑《You Don't Mess Around with Jim》（1972年4月）中的一首歌，当时没有作为单曲发行，直至Jim Croce因飞机失事去世后，ABC唱片公司发行了单曲版。

这首歌成为Jim Croce第二首也是最后一首Billboard Hot 100冠军单曲，第三位在艺人去世后的冠军单曲，同时歌曲所属专辑《You Don't Mess Around with Jim》大卖，1974年年初在Billboard 200获得冠军五周的佳绩，成为Jim Croce唯一的冠军专辑。

1970年年底，Jim Croce妻子告诉他怀孕的消息，经常在外演出的Jim Croce深感内疚，于是满怀感激地创作出了生平最有名的歌曲——《Time in a Bottle》。
